Nothing to see

I'll make the effort to write a decent review when you make the effort to make a decent movie. Take some time over and do something funny, original, different and engaging.

That movie could have been 100 kb but it was 700 kb! Why the hell did you have to include a 30-second music clip anyway? Couldn't you just loop it? The movie was alright but it was over before it started.

That was brilliant! It's amazing how small it is considering how much happens! Very funny, well thought out and nicely drawn! Pretty madcap humour, but I love it!

Get it off the No.1 spot

I feel great compassion for the victims of this catastrophe, but I totally disagree with the message and this movie being No.1. It's just a collage of pictures! The only reason people have voted highly is through their sympathies rather than objectively looking at the content. As for the message.... It's amazing just how stupid some people are, saying "we should nuke em!" Nuke who? Palestine? Afgahnistan? These places may have questionable governments, but their populations are just the same as us. 20,000 innocent Americans die, so 10 million Palestians need to be vapourised in compensation. Why the hell is every one so zealous for war? Thankfully, none of you idiots are in a position of power. I'll admit Bush isn't much better, but he'll have to do. The people who are screaming for war against whoever looks vaguely suspicious clearly have no concept of what the repercussions would be. Anyway, newgrounds is a place for artists to display their best works and to receive appropriate recognition for their talents and endeavors. Get this off the No.1 spot! As, I say, I feel great compassion for the people who have died in this pointless tragedy, but how the fuck can you justify killing even more innocent civillians as a response?

I am not American either, but I am still deeply disturbed by the evnts of today. I praise you for making what is a very polished, if short, piece of work in just one day. I liked the noir feel. It WAS a cowardly, heinous act, and the whole of the free world sympathises with you. PEACE OUT.

[World War 2: P2]

Not bad

Noticeable improvement on the first, but you still haven't got a clue about compressing flash - I mean 4 MEGS FOR THAT! Pretty big file size for a "short film". Graphics and sounds were good though, despite the fact that the soldiers are kinda crappy looking; but no matter, animation was smooth enough. It was just a little bit unrealistic when two allied soldiers jumped on top of the panzer tank, flipped open the hatch and fired in. I think the German's would have put up more of a fight than that! This would have been a superb movie if it was on a bigger scale with lots of people firing at once, but I appreciate that that would have taken a long time. On a different note, why not try breaking the conformist route of hollywood and actually letting the Germans have some moments of victory too? Battle of the Bulge for example. Wow! You could even acknowledge the fact that other countries fought in the second world war as well as America! Nah, no one would ever buy that... ;)

I liked it. I only wish there was more good, seroious, intelligent content on newgrounds, although there is quite a bit now. Some of the drawings were a bit ugly and cumbersome, but the effect was still breathtaking and I LOVED the african group singing - very unique. An original idea well executed.

It was ok, but it was over before it started. Also, I noticed the square of black around him as he was travelling through space which didn't do the graphics any favours. Still, it was your first attempt and it was pretty funny.

Pretty good!

This movie worked quite well, even if the subject matter was kinda immature :). The part where he filled the river with shit was hilarious! Not bad at all, young sir...
